Description
A cast or machined steel square cutter fitted to a turned wooden handle. The square cutter edge has been machined to produce a cutting edge that cuts a straight edge. The bottom outside edge is beveled. The cutter is fit onto a wooden square which protrudes from the handle. The rest of the handle is cylindrical with decorative turn lines. The handle has two sections, one is 1 15/16" h and tapers to the handle grip which is 3 7/8" h and has a diameter of 1 1/8". At the end of the handle is an iron ferrule 5/8" h.

Used to cut squares of fabric that formed the skirts of pen wiper dolls.
