Rocking chair. Front posts with mushroom-cap hand rests measure 21 5/8" high, including blade. Blades extend beyond back posts by 9 1/4" and front posts by 1 1/4". Eight wooden back spindles, measuring 15 3/4" high, and tapered in diameter from 1/2" at ends to 3/4" in middle. Spindles set in bar 3 5/8" below finial top. Chair has two stretchers in front and at sides, and one in back. Wood is stained.
