Winter bonnet with flounce. Bright blue twilled wool with fleece insulation. Machine-stitched quilting with black thread diamond pattern. Lined with maroon cotton, possibly sateen. Front edge trimmed with red velvet. Blue satin grosgrain ribbon ties.
