Description

Leather crimper for smoothing leather during the boot-making process. The crimper is in the basic form of a boot. The toe of the boot is blunt and triangular. At the heel is a cuboid cut-out with a cylindrical cut-out at its center 7/16" in diameter and the interior sides lined with a piece of metal. There is a similar cuboid cut-out above the heel. At the second cut-outs center is a circular cut-out with a smaller, threaded hole in the middle. The back and bottom of the crimper have square edges which curve and taper and meet at a single edge. Near the top of the crimper are two circular cut-outs, one on either side, which have a piece of string tied to either side.
