Large cotton muslin bag. Top edge has a 1 1/4" hem, hand-stitched and a 3/8" wide cotton twill tape laced through and used as a draw string closure - the twill tape ends are knotted together. Both sides are hand seamed. Bottom edge is cut, open and fraying. On proper right corner was once a closed fold, now turned open and frayed.
