Between-centers turned maple with steel wires (pins) for holding spools. Turned and finished in a three-tiered effect. Base and middle have steel pins to hold spools. Top section knob for carrying. Base has four whole and one broken pin. Second tier has five holes for five more pins. washed with salmon colored paint and varnished over.
