Dark green velvet "tomato" pincushion, measuring about 2 3/8" in diameter, with light green thread dividing it into eight sections. It is set in a base of woven poplar that is edged with white kid leather and tied with a pale green silk bow. The poplar base is about 1" high. Across the bottom of base is white paper with a hand-painted green leaf design.
