Wood hoops secured with metal tacks. Steamed wood with three spaced bands of wood. The top and bottom bands are 1 3/4" w and the middle band is 1 1/8" w. The bands are spaced 3/4" apart. All surfaces covered with what appears to be a white wash. Secured with copper tacks.
