Steam-bent red oak box (a) and lid (b) rims. Rims bent to form circles, joined by feather overlaps secured by vertical rows of tacks. Pine headers held in place by headless brads. Exterior surfaces painted red, except for the base. Paper label attached to the side, painted over.
