Birch. Taped seat, taupe with lime green and yellow stripes, woven together in checkerboard fashion. Four slat back.
This appears to be a Mount Lebanon production chair that has been refinished. Steel glides have been attached to all four feet at some point in time and seat tape appears to be commercial.
