Description

Handwoven panel of cloth, which may have been sewn to other panels at one time to increase width. Plain weave using rather coarse thread - tow linen - 20 epi/ 14ppi. Red and blue alternating warp threads and alternating weft colors. Red shots and blue shots to obtain the buffalo check pattern. Uneven selvage on one side and weft threads carried up along other selvedge. 1/2" rolled hem on both ends.
