Forged iron device rectangular in cross-section across top, with right angle bends at either side transitioning to threaded round rods. A cross piece flat on top but rounded underneath with holes corresponding to the threaded rods allowing the cross-piece to slide over the threaded end. Square nuts are attached to the threaded rods securing the cross-piece.
