Description

Smith-forged iron device. Two iron bars hammer-welded together and forged to a curved square section tapering to a point. At the other end, the two bars are bent apart and then bent back to parallel to form a clevis. Holes in the two ends allow a nut and bolt to be fastened there. Painted red.
