Description

Leather crimper for smoothing leather during the boot-making process. The crimper is in the basic form of a boot, with a rounded toe. The instep is sloping and curves downward just before meeting the crown of the boot, which continues straight up. The bottom and back are rectangular in form and are joined at the diagonally-cut heel. These sides have square edges but the sides taper, until they meet to form an edge. Near the top there is a piece of leather attached to the back by two nails.

Notes

Unlike the other crimpers, this has a leather pull and no screw holes.
