Description

Pair of forged iron climbing irons consisting of a half-cylindrical strap with the top folded over and hammer welded to for a slot for a leg strap. At the bottom, the strap is bent to form a stirrup-like foot support with two spurs on the upturn. Also a plate with an eye is riveted to the upturn between the spurs. An iron ring with a leather strap is secured by the eye.
