Components of unfinished devices consisting of approximately 7" in length of 3/8" diameter birch dowel mortised into the end of a 3/4" square by 2" long white pine block. This block has been tapered to a 3/8" square end over last 1 1/2" of length. Block is secured to dowel by small, wire finish nails.
