Small "tomato" pincushion affixed to top leaf of needle case. Bottom lead of needle case is same, hinged to top by a length of blue ribbon. The cushion and case leaves are covered by a red, white, green, and blue floral print fabric while needle storage is provided by two circles of white wool fabric with pinked edges.
