Steam-bent ash band held together at vertical scarf joint by a vertical row of six iron tacks surrounding white pine bottom header held in place by steel wire nails or brads. Steam-bent beech swing handle held by between-centers turned wood pins with ash locking pegs. Stained brown and varnished over.
