Low platform with cherry top and maple legs and stretchers (turned, legs canted). Legs mortised into underside of top. Owing to the thinness of the top (15/32"), wood screws through the top into the legs were used to further secure the undercarriage to the top. Top painted yellow; undercarriage painted red.
