Portion of head for spinning wheel. Machined steel shaft with square section near one end onto which is force-fit a between-centers turned maple "pulley" with three grooves. A 4 3/4" diameter leather disk is attached to the steel shaft via a hole in its center and is held in place by a roughly square piece of cardboard forced onto the shaft to either side of the disk.
