Maple posts and slats, chestnut or ash stretchers. Tape seat. Cherry tilters. Three slat back; high arch slats with steeply chamfered tops. Characteristic Watervliet pommels. Cherry tilter buttons (replacements). Back slats are riven. Seat tape is pink with gray stripes, twill weave, and has been replaced; fabric cushion. Chair has been extensively repaired and refinished.
