Steel tapered triangular scraper set into a turned black locust handle with a brass ferrule. Triangular blade not equilateral. Handle has three scribe marks near center (black locust: Robinia pseudoacacia). Mark that may be a "C" cut into wide flat side on the cutting tool tang.
