Description

Hand-cranked wringer of birch, iron crank and steel springs, iron or steel links. Top roller is cranked and is solid birch with lengthwise corrugations. Two rollers surrounded by corrugated segments which are linked together at each end by metal staple-like loops driven into the segment ends and joined to a continuous loop by circular metal links. This caterpillar-tracker like assembly is pressed against the underside of the solid roller by four springs upon which the shafts of the two inner rollers rest.
