Steel chisel-like tool forged from a file. This tool is T-shaped; the head is 3/8" x 1/2" x 1 21/32" and the shaft tapers from 3/8" to about 1/8" where the bevels to the cutting edge begin. The shaft width expands from 7/32" to about 1/2" at the cutting edge. Arrises on the shaft are chamfered.
