.1 Between-centers turned maple screw and hub blank with a 13/16" diameter shaft reduced to 3/4" diameter where threaded (total length of shaft 4 5/8"), and a 2 1/8" diameter x 2 7/16" hub with a 5/8" diameter hole through for turning handle, and a 13/16" diameter x 15/16" stub tenon at end. .2 Between-centers turned cross piece of red oak with 3/4" tapped hole at center. Cross-piece screwed onto screw.
