Rectangular black ash splint basket with split rim that is a combination of poplar and black ash lashing (some may be from a recent repair). Half-round rim. 1/2" uprights, 3/8" weavers. Open, plain weave base with 1" wide splints except near the center which is 3/8" wide. Handle lost.
