Description

Heavy off-white linen cross-stitch sampler. Border is approximately 1" wide and consists of black scroll-like design with four red square in each corner. Under top border, area about 7" wide x 4" long, there is a rendition of a horse-drawn carriage: brown horse, carriage, driver and lady with parasol - all done in black-red spokes. Area below this, about 7" x 5 3/4", contains text: "Travel East / Travel West / After all / Home's Best / 1932" in black text, with the first letters of each word and the date in red.
