Cutting tool or creaser, use unknown. The tool has a turned wooden handle. The handle has a bulbous center and tapers at the ends. The end of the handle which meets the blade squares off, while the other end increases in size exponentially, rounding off, creating a cap. One edge of the cap has a concave line 11/16" wide cut away. The blade is fan-like in shape with a dull cutting-edge.
