Turned maple (?) head (b) flattened on front and back with a hole on either side for attachment cords for spindle and carved recess in center of front for pulley. Attachment cords broken so spindle is now separate. Spindle (a) has tapered steel rod and a multiple pulley and disk turned from cherry.
