Description
A leather awl with a 21/32" long blade. The blade has a square base, which tapers and rounds off to a flattened tip. The blade has an oval cross-section. The blade's tang is set into a turned wooden handle. This joint is reinforced by a brass ferrule. The diameter of the handle is smallest where the ferrule surrounds, but gradually increases in size into a bulbous end. The handle is of a dark brown wood.
