Hand punch with a wooden handle. The end of the handle is shaved down into a pyramidal shape. On this end there is a square metal cap with a small indentation 3/32" in diameter. The punch is octagonal and tapers in diameter near the end of the punch. The punch also has a small indentation 3/32" in diameter.
Same "X" marking as 1950.1722.1.
