Very sheer woven cotton; original color bright blue/gray, light faded to a dull gray. Apron front, single drop. Metered pleats all around waist. Multi pieced bodice, three piece sleeve. Satin cuffs (extremely frayed). Cotton sateen trim at bodice front. Cotton-lined bodice and sleeves. Machine sewn.
