Paper cutter-like device with a wrought iron or steel cutter riding against an iron or steel bar with a sharpened edge. This assembly is attached to a block of white pine with two holes for attachment to a bench. Cutter bar is handled with a between-centers turned beech handle and an iron ferrule.
