Face-turned bowl of maple with applied handles. Bowl turned between centers with with a grain-orientation perpendicular to the axis of rotation. Center cores removed manually after rest of bowl was turned. Maple handles were cut to match bowl curvature and secured with six screws from inside into each handle.
