Steel saw blade (9 tpi) which tapers in width from 3/16" to 1/8". Since both ends appear to be broken rather than cut, this blade must be a segment from some longer piece. The segment has a concavity ground into it where the fourth tooth from the wide end may have served as a means of fixing the blade into some other attachment. Teeth ground to cut on push stroke.
