Level of cast iron, incomplete. Iron channel screwed to a block of hard pine. An iron housing containing a spirit level vial is held under an iron protective plate. For use, this plate is lifted and the level swiveled over so that the vial is up. One end of the channel has an iron plate that moves up and down. The other end has the same mounting hole but the plate is missing.
