Description
Oak beam supports heavy plier-type vise (a) with flat, gnarled jaws. Handles/levers of vise have round stub tenons projecting out which fit into holes in a keeper (b) of iron or steel plate which allows the vise to be clamped shut by clamping two keeper plates together. There is one loose washer (c).
