Sheet zinc swallow tail template for #10 oval box with holes drilled for vertical center-line row of tacks (no holes for tack location in tails) and a 3/8" diameter hole for hanging toward the back. A mistakenly drilled tack hole has been filled with a copper tack peened over on inside and filed smooth on both surfaces.
