Measure with pine bottom, steam-bent red oak side band with feathered overlap held by two vertical rows of iron tacks outside and one row inside. Bottom held by headless brads or nails. Measure appears to have no finish. There are two columns of figures in pencil on underside of bottom, they appear to be multiplication calculations.
