Forged iron clamp consisting of an oval with one side cut out (round X-section). A strap (rectangular X-section with taper in thickness) is welded to each end of the cut oval and each strap has two holes for fasteners, one strap having square and the other with round holes. Remnants of paint on straps, probably originally white.
