Forged iron boot scraper consisting of an L-shaped leg and foot with inflection at top forming point of attachment to wall, a second L-shaped foot/leg which is bent 90 degrees at top and flattened forming scraper. End of scraper is hammer-welded to foot/leg with wall attachment at top. Probably forge finish.
