Advertising circular or pamphlet for Mother Siegel's Curative Syrup, distributed by A. J. White. 8 pages. On the front page is an engraving of "Mother Siegel," and an essay, "Life Among the Shakers," an account by Mary F. Carr. There are several pages of testimonials and indications for the medicine, with engravings that reproduce stereographs and other photographic images. On page 2, "The Oldest and Youngest Shakers." On page 3, "Sunday at Mount Lebanon. Strangers Coming to the Shaker Meeting." On page 4, "The Shaker School Children."
