Description
Lamp consisting of a short, cylindrical reservoir of tin-plated sheet metal, the overlap joint crimped and soldered and the top and bottom crimped and soldered to the sides. Ear-shaped strap handle with folded edges soldered to the top and side. Short filling spout soldered to the top, closed with a screw cap. The reservoir is fitted with a brass electrical socket made to resemble an oil lamp, with a fluted band around its stepped base, four curving arms to hold a chimney, incandescent light bulb, and white electrical cord. The base of the electrical socket is embossed, “Eagle.”
