A three-step pulley of white pine (Pinus strobus) with a center bushing of iron (or steel?). Small pulley is 4" thick and 8 5/8" diameter. Middle pulley is 3 1/2" thick and 12 3/8" diameter. Large pulley is 3 3/8" thick and 16 3/8" diameter. Bushing inside diameter is about 1 5/8". Each pulley has a solid center and a coopered face. Layers are doweled and wedged together.
