Description

Cupboard (?) door of butternut (Juglans cinerea). Two flat panels with center stile blind tenoned into top and bottom rails. Rails are tenoned through the outside stiles. All mortise and tenon joints are pinned. Rail and stile edges on exterior are molded to a quarter round. Outside painted red, inside unfinished. Outside edges are square (no rabbet). A single turned knob is screwed through the center of the top rail. Two surface mounted hinges were attached to the proper left inside of this door.
