Wooden rule, broken. Originally six feet long but three sections broken off and lost, leaving about 54". Rule consists of 7 11/16" (ends 6 13/16") lengths of beech painted white and lettered in black with 1/16" interval scale and steel and brass swivel mechanisms connecting the wood sections.
