Description
Forged steel cutting tool consisting of a conical head, a tapered octagonal shaft, and a truncated triangular cross-bar. Near the wider end of this crossbar is a steel wedge-shaped stop bolted to the crossbar. A 3/32" thick steel plate is riveted to the sides of the crossbar whose edges extend 3/16" above the surface of the crossbar. The two edges are beveled to a knife edge.
