Description
A piece of butternut (Juglans cinerea) with rounded ends and sides has two 1/8" diameter holes drilled through the 1 3/16" dimension, one hole near end. A 1/8" diameter length of wire with threaded ends is bent such that the threaded ends are inserted through the butternut and secured with square nuts. Two other 7/32" diameter holes are drilled through the 13/32" an inch or so inside the holes for the wire ends.
