Dark brown glass bottle, shaped like a beer bottle, with a porcelain stopper held by a wire locking mechanism. Two white paper labels printed in red and blue. On front label, "Break the Bread of Life / To the Hungry. Beer Bread Mix / Empty, add your favorite brew, mix & bake / Carefully handcrafted by the / Shaker Society / The World's Only Active Shaker Community / Sabbathday Lake, New Gloucester, Me." Also features logo of Sabbathday Lake. Instructions on rear label.
