A harness pulley block for a loom of beech (Fagus gradifolia). The block transitions from round at one end (1 5/8" diameter) to a 1 5/8 x 2 7/32" rectangle at other. Two inches from rounded end and a 1 1/8" square nut is set into the block at a right angle to its axis. A 1 3/16" x 3 11/16" notch is cut into the rectangular end and a 17/32" diameter hole drilled through the notch walls about 1 13/16" from that end.
